Guided Fishing
Accompany the best guides in Alaska as they take you after the BIG ONE! A short 30 minute ride on our large comfortable cruisers will bring you to some of the hottest fishing in Alaska. We limit our boats to just 4 fishermen so you will have plenty of fighting room as you bring in your fish on the back deck. We use the best in tackle and equipment. Avet & Shimano reels, Lamiglas & Rogue Rods, McCoy tournament monofilament for salmon, spectra line on your halibut reels, stainless steel barrel swivels and Gamakatsu hooks.
Our staff will send you out with a homemade box lunch, hot coffee and soft drinks. On your return, after the pictures and handshakes, relax as our staff filets, vacuum pack and freezes your catch of the day!

Fully Guided Trip

Self Guided Fishing
This is truly a memorable and magical time and our most popular package. Our remote location puts you into some of the best fishing you have ever seen. Even if you have had just a little fishing experience, you will be an expert in no time. On your first day a knowledgable guide will accompany you and your partner throughout Sea Otter Sound showing you the hot spots and the best fishing techniques. You can retain your guide for the remainder of your stay for an additional fee. We use only the best boats, JetCraft all welded blue water series. Each is 18’ long with a forward helm, half canvas, and 4 stroke motor.
As a self guided fisherman, your time is your own. Fish for bottom fish, salmon or halibut. Come in to the lodge at mid day for a refreshing nap then go out again! Bring your camera because the wildlife viewing is spectacular! Humpback whales gorging themselves on krill. Watch the sea otters as they gorge 25% of their body weight per day, seals sunning themselves on the sands and always our majestic eagles.
If you want to go on the big boat one day with our Captain, let us know and we will schedule you in. There is an additional $150 for the big boat excursion.

50 minute float plane flight to lodge from Ketchikan and return flight to Ketchikan
One night's lodging in Ketchikan on day of arrival. Floatplane will pick you up at hotel the following morning.
Mouth watering meals, wonderful accommodations, custom built rods (or bring your favorite rod) and top of the line tackle & gear.
Rain gear, rain boots & float coats
Fish processing and freezing. Your fish is packed in fish boxes for your trip home.

Alcohol
Fishing license or King salmon tags
Gratuities. Recommended gratuity is $100 per guest.

  

Payment Policy
A $1,000.00 deposit per person is due within 5 days to confirm and hold the reservation. You will be invoiced March 1 for the balance of your payment.
For reservations made after February 1, 50% of the total package price is due within 5 days to confirm and hold your reservation. Balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Checks, Visa and MasterCard are gladly accepted for all lodge transactions.
